Developer of Baileys Reserve, SKF Development, is pleased to announce the appointment and commencement of Stratum Civil at this exciting new Upper Coomera, Gold Coast townhouse project.
Stratum Civil is a local (Yatala-based) family-owned civil construction firm delivering projects across Queensland.
After site clearing works were recently completed on the Baileys Mountain Road site, the full civil works program has now commenced.
SKF’s development team looks forward to working with Stratum’s core project delivery team, taking a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach. Stratum’s technical knowledge and construction expertise, focused on quality outcomes and efficiency, will see the civil program delivered at Baileys Reserve by early 2025.
Once civil works are completed, this will trigger commencement of construction of the first stage of these brand new townhomes now selling off the plan in this well-located, amenity-rich Gold Coast location.
Civil Works now Underway in August 2024
Stratum has given us their first update on site progress at Baileys Reserve, and we’re pleased to report the following are now complete or underway:
- Excavator machinery has been mobilised to the Upper Coomera site
- Commenced topsoil stripping earthworks
- Commenced topsoil export
- Erosion & sediment control works including:
- Silt fence, mulch placement and rock checks
- Installed rock check at natural spring outlet to creek
- Reviewed and monitored all erosion & sediment control measures installed to date
- Commence installing high efficiency sediment basin
