CIVIL WORK 85% COMPLETE!
The onsite team, Stratum Civil recently reported the following progress on civil construction:
- Site clearing and demolition works complete
- Sewer and water reticulation works complete
- Stormwater works complete
- Earthworks – lot and verge trim continuing along with landscaping works
- Electrical – largely complete including conduits, cables, pits and pillars as well as connections for street lights
- Final electrical works continuing with cables now pulled
- Concrete roads have been poured with final kerb works underway
- Footpath subgrade is trimmed with concrete pour to rec link underway
- Bioretention basin pipes and sands installed
- Geofabric and sacrificial turf laid
- Bio basin driveway prepped and headwall installed
- Rehabilitation and environmental works complete with sediment and erosion controls performing well with basins pumped out after recent inclement weather
- Trim on allotments for building pads being finalised
- Retaining walls – sleeper walls and boulder walls now complete.
Once civil works are complete in coming days, construction of the first stage of 39 brand new townhomes will commence at this sought-after location at the intersection of Baileys Mountain Road, Reserve Road and Old Coach Road, at the heart of the Gold Coast-Brisbane growth corridor.
Stage 1 Townhomes – SOLD OUT
The first stage is 100% sold off the plan. Demand is already building, with buyers registering their interest in Stage 2, which is not yet released.
